MAY DAY 2024
With everyone dressed in their summer clothes, children at JHSW continued the tradition of celebrating May Day. There was a Lucky Sweep, a May Queen and her attendants, a May King and his attendants and lots of Maypole dancing and country dancing too. We all enjoyed singing and watching the John Hampden Morris Dancers performing the Upton Stick Dance too.
